The Thanksgiving triple play: RSV, Flu and COVID discussed on Flashpoint November 20th at 10:00 AM

Dear loyal readers of pandemicpondering.com.

I am back from a week of crossing the country for two professional meetings and for better or worse I can assure everyone that wearing masks on airplanes is passe’!

I will be writing a post about what we have to be thankful for this week, but in the mean time I will discuss the current outbreaks of RSV, Flu and COVID this Sunday at 10:00AM EDT on Flashpoint with Devin Scillian on WDIV (channel 4) in Detroit.

It is interesting that our isolation during COVID has significantly enhanced outbreaks of other respiratory diseases. The implication of this for families and advice on vaccines will also be given.

For those who miss the show or are outside the area, the interview will also be posted on their website after the broadcast time.

Looking forward to re-connecting this week!

  1. Greetings, I have been following your blog since last year. Could you do a comparative analysis between where we are likely to be heading and where we are vs where the 1918 Pandemic was during the close of its 2nd year and its path heading into year 3.
